  • Is a  Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors
  • Honors Graduate from a certified Ontario College Home Inspection program (500 hours of training)
  • Has completed Level I Building Investigations Thermographer training from the ITC
  • Has construction experience
  • Completed two Ontario Building Code courses through a certified College
  • Taken the Default Recognition & Reporting Course through the OAHI
  • Is committed to continuing their Home Inspection education with regular workshops and courses.

Not All Home Inspectors Are Created Equal

Choosing the right inspector makes all the difference. Heeley Home Inspectors are RHI’s and members of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. OAHI thoroughly evaluates inspector’s education, technical knowledge, and investigative expertise prior to attaining membership in the organization. Not all home inspectors are created equal! Other associations require only an open book online test and an application fee for membership.
